My current research is on Monolithic CMOS Frequency Synthesizer for Cellular Applications. A short abstract can be found in the ILP 1999 Research Summary. My advisor is Prof. Paul R. Gray in the EECS department at the University of California at Berkeley.

My Masters ADC project was based on the work published below and scaled to 0.6um with some design changes. The performance is 10b 40MS/s 28mW. See below for related papers and presentation slides.
