I work on the design of CMOS/Bipolar Integrated Power Amplifiers for portable RF communications. So far I have designed a 1.5W Bipolar PA and a 150mW CMOS PA. I am a second year Masters student at the Department of Electrical Engineering and Computer Sciences at the University of California at Berkeley. I will be graduating in May 1997. My research advisor is Professor Robert Meyer.
