Sekhar's Home Page

Welcome to Sekhar Narayanaswami's Home Page at The University of California, Berkeley. I am a graduate student in Professor Paul Gray's Analog Integrated Circuits Research Group in the department of Electrical Engineering and Computer Sciences, and my work is on High-Efficiency Power Amplifiers for High Speed Wireless Communications, which is part of the larger Monolithic RF Transceiver that several members of this group are working on.

  I did my undergrad at Cal as well (for those of you who don't realize this, Cal and UC Berkeley are one and the same). I graduated with my undergraduate degree in EECS in 1993, and I walked in graduation ceremonies for my Master's Degree in EE in May of 1996. I actually received my master's degree in May of 1998. I also spent 6 months (Feb. 1996 - Aug. 1996) working at Texas Instruments, where I did research in their research division, and I did my best to spend a little time away from Berkeley.
